OMG, that meatball soup looks amazing! (And reminded me of the running joke in Ted Lasso where he has shredded wheat for breakfast and it’s just one giant square tumbling out of the box.)
The soup was really good! The meatball was reminiscent of a matzo ball oddly enough, but still meaty. Also, prepare to be disappointed...I am like the last person to watch Ted Lasso! I have yet to watch it :(
That first soup looks soooooooooo good! Although I didn’t realize dumplings were so popular in that region, I thought they were mainly in East Asia. But hey, you learn something new every day!

I'm learning that dumplings are super universal. I find that a lot of countries have it in some form or another!
